We have been involved in the Property Development sector long before the formation of Ishnana Holdings.

Since then, Ishnana Holdings have been involved in the Vusa Mall Development in Evaton in the Vaal, Nquthu Shopping Centre in KZN and Lanseria Business Park through Crosspoint Property Investments. We are also involved in township developments such as the Evaton Government Precinct and involved in the development of Thabo’s Village Howick prior to the actual formation of Ishnana Holdings.

VUSA MALL - EVATON

This business unit is focused on the investment of the “Mall in
the Vaal”, at the Residentia Railway Station under the Mfuleni
Municipality.

NQUTHU JUNCTION – KWAZULU NATAL

This Company has secured a property within the Nquthu Municipal
central business area, where a shopping and retail mall, inclusive
of a taxi rank shall be constructed over the next year. This will pave
the way for other similar projects within the area in the future.
